We’re Steven and Rebecca, a husband and wife team from Los Angeles, CA. We met while attending Loyola Marymount University. After college, Steven’s first project was remodeling a USC fraternity house on Greek Row; Rebecca dove into the PR/Marketing world. From there, Steven began working as an assistant project manager on single family homes in areas such as West Hollywood, Cheviot Hills etc. More interested in Steven’s career than her own, Rebecca decided to make a switch to real estate and is now an agent on a top-producing team with Compass. In 2014, with several large projects in the pipeline, we chose to build something of our own. Guerra Homes was born.
