We offer pre-construction services on a set hourly basis prior to getting architectural drawings. In addition, we can help identify potential design flaws and construction complexities which may prevent costly revisions and delays later in the process. Our goal is to create a smoother and more successful project execution.

Home Inspection Repairs

Are you in escrow and have a laundry list of repairs that your home inspector recommended? Or are you looking to make repairs to your home before putting your house on the market? We can help separate the urgent items from the “fix-down-the-road” repairs and get your home ready to move-in (or sell.)
